When you have placed an order, you receive an e-mail with bank information and order id. When we have received your payment – we ship you the music.
Payment: Bank transfer
Payment is by direct bank transfer.
You receive an e-mail with the order id and account number and when we have received the payment, we ship you the music.
Shipping and delivery
Packages are generally dispatched within 3-4 banking days after receipt of payment and are shipped with Postdanmark, in rare cases we may ship within max 10 banking days.
In your cart you can see the shipping fee before you place an order. At the present time we only ship to Denmark.
Delivery outside Denmark
At the present the shop doesn´t ship to countries outside Denmark. If you however send us an e-mail on niels.bassist@gmail.com with your request, we will handle your order by mail correspondance.
Returns
You have the possibility of returning your order within 2 weeks after you´ve received your goods.
Be aware though that returns only apply when sealing is intact. Return include the price of your item(s) but not the shipping costs.
